**Purpose of the job**:To manage all aspects related to the supply chain from the buying of raw material to the shipping and distribution of finished goods. Managing suppliers and distributors.

**Education**:Degree or National diploma in Engineering, business, finance or relevant.

**Experience**:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance, business, engineering, or systems.

**Job-specific Skills**:

- Language: Must be able to communicate well in verbal and written English
- Computer literacy
- MS Word
- Excel
- Outlook
- Able to learn and understand MRP and ERP systems
- Systems thinking

**Job Scope**:

- Supplier contract, quality, and cost management
- Distribution contract, quality, and cost management
- ERP software specialist of everything outside of finance.
- Reporting of data for management purposes.
- Price negotiations with suppliers.

**Management**:No direct reports.
- As of the start of the employment date the supply chain manager has no direct reports

**Support**:

- Provide ERP system support to all other departments within the company.
- ERP System Training support for all departments.
