As a customer-facing position, primarily serving the nominated Trading Divisions, it is crucial in driving supply chain efficiencies from order management to origin, and through to the TFG Distribution Centres. This role aligns with the brands' key strategic objectives while leveraging the centralized Shipping Supply Chain framework. A key responsibility is to protect the brand's margin by efficiently guiding the Brand Customer and managing the area of accountability end-to-end.

The Supply Chain Analyst will be tasked with analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes, guided by the centralized Shipping Supply Chain Framework.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Required to collaborate with the shipping operations and costings team to ensure effective end-to-end shipping engagement and management of area of accountability is achieved.
- Guided by Head of Shipping, provide strategic insights to brands on opportunities for optimization aligned to their key objectives.
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for menswear brands with varying business models
- Collect and analyse supply chain data, to create visibility of on supply chain performance.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance cost-effectiveness and service levels.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with suppliers, and key stakeholders to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal product availability, minimizing overstock and stockouts.
- Monitor market trends to assess their impact on supply chain operations
- Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and process automation
- Prepare details reports and presentations for management, highlighting insights and recommendationsParticipate in cross-functional projects to drive supply chain optimisation and continuous improvement**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Logistics experience in a supply chain analyst or similar position (3-5 years)An understanding of global shipping trends**Skills**:

- Organisational and project management
- Analytical Skill
- A high degree of numeracy with an analytical, detailed, and strategic approach to work
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Retail is preferable
- Strong business acumen, merchant thinking, and an understanding of store and customer needs.
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proven decision-making ability
