**Your Mission**
- Take ownership of SHEQ leadership, compliance, and sustainability strategy for a major global division.
- Influence top-level Sustainability, ESG, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and TQM initiatives across multiple countries.
- Lead risk management, audits, safety programs, quality assurance, and environmental performance globally.
- Collaborate with executives, shaping corporate sustainability reporting, GRI, CSRD, and ESG compliance.
- Join a company recognised for innovation, sustainability, and creating a culture of safety and excellence.
- Develop and execute SHEQ & Sustainability strategy, aligning with Epiroc Group ambitions.
- Monitor, analyse, and improve SHEQ performance metrics, KPIs, and management systems.
- Represent the division in executive and business review forums, influencing decision-making.
- Collaborate across the PSD SHEQ & Sustainability Council, driving alignment, sharing best practices, and leading continuous improvement.
- Support M&A, sustainability reporting, audits, training, and ISO compliance initiatives.

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience at a medium size company as a minimum
- Proven leadership experience in SHEQ, Sustainability, ESG, Quality, or Environmental Management.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, TQM, ESG frameworks, and sustainability reporting (GRI, CSRD, or equivalent).
- Experience in multicultural, international, or industrial environments, with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
- Passion for driving safety, wellbeing, and sustainable business impact.

Based at one of Epiroc’s major African entities, with occasional international travel. The exact location will depend on where we find the best talent.
