**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric with Sales and customer relationship building experience
- Fluent/fully proficient in English & Afrikaans
- Computer literate MS Word and Excel
- Knowledge of audio equipment and basic electronics essential
- Willingness to learn and expand existing knowledge base
- Knowledge on electronics and basic fault finding
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Self-motivated with the willingness to increase sales and earn commission
- Initiative to target new clients running campaigns

**DUTIES**
- Day to day interaction with clients, incoming enquiries
- Assist with marketing of products to expand the digital footprint of the company
- Manage social media requirements
- Manage and develop continual relationships with existing clients, new clients, suppliers and contractors
- Lead generation from walk in clients
- Canvassing to Architects and Interior Designers
- Follow up calls to enquiries
- Manage stock control
- Ensuring store merchandising and window displays are up to standard
- Manage the general store upkeep
- Working daily as a sound team player alongside the Owner
- Initiative to increase sales via campaigns etc.
- Manage projects and events that the company is involved with

**Salary**: Market related base salary based on experience, plus commission
