**Digital Marketing Specialist**

This well-established, leading and growing company within the financial services and insurance sector is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

**Purpose**

Responsible for the implementation and execution of all relative digital marketing strategies in line with the over-arching Marketing and Company strategies. Implement and take joint accountability for the best practice framework of the Digital Marketing function through existing and new platforms with the overall goal of growing the membership of the organization in the correct target segments. Continuously research and monitor the performance and impact of digital marketing campaigns and assets, identifying areas for improvement.

**Responsibilities**

**Digital Marketing Strategy**
- The digital strategy offers a plan of how the company will engage with the digital audience and the tools and platforms required to support this activity.

**Lead Generation and leads nurturing**
- To stimulate and capture interest in the products for the purpose of developing the sales pipeline using various digital tools and platforms
- Develop and implement a content marketing strategy that translates business and marketing goals into meaningful content deliverables, focusing on potential member needs and continuously improve content to meet those evolving needs for the company’s Content Hub
- Design, implement, and report on lead generation and nurture campaigns
- Seek out best practices to improve campaign results
- Report on marketing campaign ROI
- Research and develop a strong understanding of markets (current and new), and potential new members
- Devise a content calendar and content schedule to ensure timeous delivery of campaigns
- Manage and brief the agency and generate AD’s to drive traffic to the content hub.

**Content management**
- Collection, delivery, retrieval, governance and overall management of information in a digital format for the website

**Agency Handover and Implementation**
- Customer Relationship Management

**Iconic Brand Survey**
- Achieve third place in various industry surveys

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years marketing and communications experience
- Digital marketing experience
- Relevant Qualifications / Degree / Diploma
- Grade 12 with Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R34,000.00 - R38,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
