**Position: Digital Marketing Specialist**

A specialist who is an expert in maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company by managing our digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, conducting market research and actively engaging with the business to optimise the performance of our digital strategies.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s **degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
- 7+ years’ **experience** in Digital Marketing or similar roles.
- Technical experience in and using **web-analytics tools**, specifically **Google Analytics**.
- Experience **leading and managing social media** (Facebook) **marketing campaigns**.
- **Proven excellence** in your previous endeavours.

**Duties**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase visibility and brand awareness.
- Build and grow social media presence on emerging social networking platforms, inclusive of Google.
- Management of social media content and community monitoring.
- Research and report on campaign performance and generate regular reports for marketing team.
- Create and manage campaign strategies.
- Develop campaign success metrics, and track performance against goals and budget.
- Conduct user behavioural research and competitive analysis.
- Evaluate, prioritise and lead decisions regarding new content/tactical opportunities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
