**Descriptions**:

- Use internal libraries and resources in the planning and design of store builds for relocating or new retailers - provide design package (including floorplans, Furniture layout plan, RCP, Services, Custom Joinery), merchandising layouts, fixture orders & assembly guides, internal graphics package and external signage. Support the owner led project-management of build and tender processes.
- Lead the design and implementation of dedicated Turbo (e-bike) areas within new and existing stores. Drive visual representation of this category.
- Oversee and implement store refreshes including updated store layouts, graphic refreshments and updates to the look and feel of a store in line with our brand and retail direction.
- Oversee in store visual merchandising including development and execution of merchandising plans and planograms.
- Occasionally providing in store merchandising assistance.
- Work with Marketing and Sales team to develop and produce the retail instore components to support promotions and new product releases.
- Work with the Sales Manager in overseeing the budgets for each retail project, including invoicing and retailer communications.
- Plan the annual use of company fixtures including forecasting of requirements with the support of the Sales Manager.
- Responsible for maintaining a communication line to Global Retail Services team and adjust global projects and strategies to suit local requirements.
- Support Sales Manager in planning, design and implementation of product displays and retail elements for Retailer Event.
- Provide support to marketing in planning, design and implementation of our expo sites and product displays at trade shows, events and expo’s.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 - 3 years experience in retail design and merchandising
- Experienced in creating interior design packages and managing a retail fit out
- A demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment, to take initiative, to work independently of day-to-day supervision, and to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent communication skills with clients / stakeholders / suppliers
- Sound time management and prioritising skills
- Being proactive, creative, resourceful and solution minded
- Understanding of the construction process
- Experience with ArchiCAD or similar programs preferred
- Have an interest in the Cycling industry or passionate about a healthy and active lifestyle
