Responsible for sales National and Africa with regional sales managers reporting directly into Head of Commercial sales. Specialize in moving & storing freight for various commodities such as metals, project cargo, consumer goods, renewables, oil & gas and agricultural products. Responsible for all aspects of the SA, Mozambique and Africa regions. Service includes ,C&F, transport, warehousing, port operations (bulk cargo management ),specialised projects (industrial, mining, energy, O&G)

Essential
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven managerial experience
- Excellent knowledge of CNF

Industry experience

Responsible for Group targets, setting, managing and achieving same
- Essential attributes:

- Proven ability to work on cross-functional and multicultural teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum)
- Excellence in Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in the logistics sector

Result oriented with strong ability to prioritize tasks in order to achieve sales target assigned
- Resourceful with excellent commercial and entrepreneurial flair are critical to the success of this role
- An accomplished self-starter who is able to push boundaries to be successful
- Ability to work effectively in a high pressure and fast paced working environment
- Ability to travel when required
- Flexible in working with partners from different time zone when required
- Good influencing skills with a collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork
- Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in sales industry advantageous / A degree from a recognized University in the field of logistics would be advantages

Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success

Strong negotiation skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Computer skills

Microsoft 365 Advanced

CRM/ERP/WMS/CargoWise

**Salary**: R100,000.00 - R120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelors (required)

**Experience**:

- Proven Managerial: 5 years (required)
