**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist with developing quality standards and performance measurement
- Establish and implement monitoring measurements for each service department
- Assist with performing quality checks and inspections (this includes, but not limited to, call listening and monitoring, QA scoring and reviews, QA coaching sessions)
- Identify areas for improvement and non-conformances and report on these areas
- Assist with building up reports and checks and refine some processes that are in place
- Analyze and evaluate data and prepare reports based on the information provided

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Matric/Equivalent (essential)
- Diploma/Degree in Quality Management or Business Information Systems (beneficial)
- Previous experience in a similar field (beneficial)
- Is organized, efficient and has attention to detail
- Has the ability to be impartial and make decisions based on the data drawn
- Has a high level of Emotional Intelligence
- Must be proficient in Excel and Google drive/workspace
- Can touch type 40wpm
- Has a positive attitude
- Willing to learn new processes
- Customer service orientated
- Is able to analyze data, draw conclusions from the data and then create a report on the data
- Is able to act with confidentiality
- Is able to manage their time and prioritize tasks
- Has exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Is able to work within the company values
- Own transport will be an added advantage

**Salary**: R6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bellville South, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
