Daymon Demand Planner

**Core responsibilities of the role include**:
**1. Demand Planning**

Analysis of sales & waste data
Analysis of stores sell through Comply with waste management
processes & procedures
Base ordering on sales history & budgeted targets
Achieve positive growth targets per store per line

**2. Ordering & Allocations**

Ensure all orders are placed to meet workbench run-times
Allocate promotional stock accurately & achieve deadlines
Regularly update Senior Demand Planner and Buyer
Ensure store rosters display correct articles on correct day & Confirm rosters
Place manual purchase orders
Ensure all site order proposals are converted
Manage emergency orders
Identify promotional articles and check promotions and sales history
Determine growth factors
Conduct post-mortems on promotions
Check stock levels during promotions

**3. Administrative & Reporting**

Compile reports on waste and sales figures for Senior Demand Planners and Buyers
Follow all SAP procedures, including:

- Setting and maintaining replenishment parameters for stores & forecast models
- Setting and maintaining planning calendar and lead time for standard weeks and special event weeks
- Actioning daily checks on master data new items, reinstate items and updated status changes
- Ensuring forecast supports sales and stock plans
- Adjusting forecast on exception based on trends
- Managing forecasts due to seasonal changes and special events

Diploma / NQF Level 5

Minimum Experience:
2 - 3 years in an FMCG Administrative Role
