- The incumbent will be responsible for internal and external customer services and adherence to customer specific requirements related to IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001:2018 and Responsible Care system relevant to this position are adhered to and other relevant quality standards.- Duties will include the following:
- Responsible for creating and releasing process orders, with availability of raw materials. Changing of process orders upon releasing it to pre-weigh when necessary. Printing of sample labels for the lab when releasing process orders. Responsible for creating, releasing, and issuing of all testing solution and indicator process orders.- Confirmation of process orders (booking stock into the system) and; closing of process orders Responsible for all archiving and filing of process orders and documents in production planning department.- Ensures/follows up on raw materials and packaging to be delivered on time quantity is correct and sufficient.- Ensures that raw materials are released from QM Lot by liaising with Lab Assistant/QC manager. Responsible for ensuring that the production planner’s once a week meeting is scheduled.- Runs and updates the report for the meeting coordinated and chaired by the production planner.- Rakes notes and updates from present parties that has queries- Fills out stock adjustment forms for production staff without computer access.- Runs and controls a report on SAP daily (Production Schedule) for customer care, production staff and Lab staff to trace product status.- Creates raw material and packaging requisitions.- Manually prints pre-weigh labels to attach to process orders for the use of pre-weighed kits.- Reconciles month-end financial variance reports from Finance Department.- Printing adjustment labels and transfer orders for QC lab when required.- Manually changes process order dates on SAP.- Reconciles WIP for stock take.- Back up for Demand Planner (DCF SAP System) and Backorder Report.- Ensures process order changes are made when/if required to rework material by Plant/Site Manager.-
**Inherent Requirements**
- Minimum of Matric/Grade 12- 1-3 years’ experience in production planning administrative duties and activities- Experienced in SAP- Computer Literate, Microsoft office- Planning/management skills.- Computer literate - SAP / MS Excel & Word.- Works well within a team.- Ability to work under pressure.- Communicate, control and manage.**What Qualification**
