- To ensure all regional demand has corresponding supply transactions in all regions and warehouses and create visibility where this is not the case.
- Support and key participation in the installation and setup of ERP Planning engine in all regions and companies as well as maintain the system post go live.
- Ensure order commitment due dates are aligned to the business ATP (available to promise) logic by performing required integrity checks on the order book and setting up early warning systems that flag all orders that do not comply. All discrepancy root causes to be addressed to ensure future occurrences are eliminated.
- Confirm project requirements by studying user requirements, conferring with others on project teams.
- Maintain data dictionary.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, troubleshooting malfunctions, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Determines changes in physical database by studying project requirements, identifying database characteristics and change database system by coding database descriptions.
- Protects database by developing access systems, specifying user level of access.
- Maintains user references by writing and rewriting database descriptions.
- Develops solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
- Controls solutions by establishing specifications, coordinating production with programmers.
- Validates results by testing programs.
- Ensure operation by training client personnel and providing support.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organisations.
- Development of standard operation procedures to endure continuity of effective system operations.
- Development of queries and reports required for regional KPI’s.
- Daily maintenance of system data integrity for the region.
- Ensure adherence of all HSE and housekeeping requirements.
- Adhere to Duty of Care Policy at all times.
