**The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work**:
1. Co-ordinate processes emanating from the Directorate support office.
2. Resolve HR issues for the Director’s office.
SAP Time administration for the Director’s office. ‘
Resolve office logistics and staff desk arrangements. ‘
Assisting with logístical arrangements for meetings and workshops.
3. Communicating with the Director on a daily basis and establishing critical priorities for scheduling purposes.
4. Interacting internally (departmental management team, branches) and externally (officials, departments, external stakeholders) to confirm arrangements and programmes
5.Transcribing discussions in meetings and presenting data into presentation software packages
6. Co-ordinating the bookings, set up, catering, invitations, and other requirements for internal events and functions.
8. Supervisory roles: Co-ordinating the activities of support personnel (e.g. Clerks/ Interns) on specific requirements and priorities with respect to the Director’s diary
9. Maintaining stocks of standard forms and stationery and completing requisition orders to facilitate the replenishment of items prior to depletion
10. Monitoring incoming correspondence, disseminating information and directing to appropriate official for action.
12. Maintaining record keeping of SharePoint site and correspondence registers
**The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements**:
**Qualification***:Secretarial/Administrative qualification
**Experience***:Minimum of 3 years’ Secretarial working experience /
4-5 years’ relevant work experience supporting a Senior Manager within a secretarial or office administration environment.
**Other skills /requirements (Specify)**
1. Ability to work with staff within the department to ensure administration requirements are effectively addressed through the implementation of practices and procedures.

3. Computer literacy (MS Office & SAP essential)
