HR Coordinator

ICG is a global provider of medical staffing to the public and private sector internationally. This will be a hands on role supporting the People team in all HR activity for South Africa, the UK (United Kingdom) and Republic of Ireland (ROI). Working for the HR Manager - SA, and as part of the wider Global People team you will have a varied role which incorporates the whole employee lifecycle (post offer), supporting all HR administration, payroll and onboarding
**Key responsibilities**
- Work with the Talent Acquisition team, create offers of employment and contracts, ensuring compliance regarding right to work documentation.
- Collaborate with HR Manager to support the new starter process, onboarding needs and performance management.
- Support with the administration of employee relations (IR) across SA, UK and Ireland to include pulling together evidence, documentation and letters as needed for the procedures of each country as needed.
- Advise employees/managers on their queries from holiday and sickness to grievance and performance.
- Coordination of sickness and lateness process and reporting.
- Support with the administration of the SA and UK monthly payroll data.
- Administration of the employee leaver process.
- HR Administration for SA/UK/ROI for employee annual leave, promotions and changes.
- Build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and hold a position of confidentiality and trust.
- Follow and champion HR administration processes and policies always looking to make efficiencies where possible.
- Support the Global team - Follow and champion HR controls to ensure accurate and timely HR and Payroll administration.
**Skills and Experience**:
- 3 years+ SA HR experience.
- A relevant HR qualification
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment/HR department.
- Experience administering payroll.
- Strong SA employment law knowledge.
- Excel at intermediate to Advanced level.
- ATS management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Stakeholder management.
- Organized and methodical.
- High levels of confidentiality.
- Exposure and understanding of UK & Ireland employment law.
