Customer Support Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide exceptional support to customers, working closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth after-sales process and a seamless customer journey.
- Take ownership of customer accounts, maintaining regular contact to ensure 100% client retention.
- Proactively manage customer needs and inquiries, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet tight deadlines and targets in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Confidently engage with clients on a regular basis, demonstrating proficiency in technology and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a background in estate agency being particularly advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients and colleagues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes meticulously.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including knowledge of design, social media, and website management (desirable).
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing time efficiently to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Confident and articulate communication skills.
**Hardware Requirements**
- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/ Back-up battery for load shedding.
**Working Hours**
**09:00 - 18:00 UK Time**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R20 000,00 per month
