An exciting opportunity as Facilities Manager has become available at New Clicks SA (Pty) Ltd. The role will be based in Woodstock, Cape Town and will report to the Head of Group Services & Facilities.

**Job description**:
**Job Purpose**:Effectively manage company assets. Provide a safe working environment at all sites. To control and manage all contractors as well as service providers both in service delivery, financial and contract compliance. This relates to the NSSC as well as regional offices.

**Job Objectives**:
**NSSC Building Management**
- Management of all contractors such as, Cleaning, Security, Pest Control, Hygiene Office Plants, generators and other daily service providers
- SLA’s with Monthly Scorecards to be in place for all the above
- Building and maintaining of process and procedures of each role within the department.

**Clicks Central Helpdesk**
- Administration & Management of 4Me Facilities help desk:, in order to provide an management with effective and accurate reporting
- Continuous improvement of the data captured, stored and reported
- Effective management of staff and other resources within the department
- Manage continuous improvement to the: Facilities system

**Reception/Switchboard**
- Managing in
- and outbound caller volumes.
- Ensure professional and efficient customer contact.
- Ensure accurate and up to date Databases are maintained
- Effective management and training of the staff
- Manage regional office switchboard operators.

**Mailroom**
- Implement and maintain an effective Mail receipt and delivery system through processes and procedures
- Effective management of the staff and other resources within the department

**Reporting**
- Provide monthly reports to the Commercial manager
- Present expenditure and saving opportunities to your manager to sign off

**Customer Service**
- Monthly SLA Scorecard to be produced for Contractors as well as Sub contractors

**Finance**
- Compile and manage the NSSC services budget, ensure no over-expenditure
- Present and compile Capex Requests for NSSC**
**HR/IR &Training**
- KPA’s to be completed for all staff timeously, with indicated needs for training and development, performance management.
- Deal with all IR issues professionally and timeously ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policy.
- Manage Staff performance according to performance contracts.

**Minimum requirements**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary Education in a similar field.
- Min 5 years experience in a Managerial position.
- Min 5 years. experience in a Facilities Management Environment

- Well versed in the running of the account
