Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- **Facilities Management**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained and running efficiently.
- **Electricity Usage**: Monitor and manage electricity consumption to ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- **Asset Management**: Maintain an inventory of all assets, ensuring they are properly managed, maintained, and accounted for.
- **Cleaning Supervision**: Supervise cleaning staff to ensure all areas are kept clean and hygienic.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular reports on facilities, asset management, and electricity usage.
- **Administrative Management**: Handle administrative tasks related to facilities management, including budgeting, procurement, and scheduling.
- **Leadership**: Provide strong leadership and guidance to the facilities team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- **Auditing**: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong skills in reporting, administrative management, leadership, and auditing.
- Valid driver's license.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Auditing License
- Relevant certifications in facilities management or administration.
