Working with a diverse community of children from all backgrounds, Zip Zap helps kids to ‘dare to dream’ and learn to make those dreams a reality using the circus arts as a medium. We are seeking an energetic, passionate and organised individual who will be part of a dynamic team. The position reports to the CEO.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, with a strong focus on quality customer interaction and service.
Accurately and daily capturing of all data related to fundraising, grants, donors, individuals, corporates, trusts, governments, local, national and international on SalesForce
Preparing daily calendars, deliverables, and all sorts of reports on SalesForce for internal distribution and review.
Reviewing Salesforce calendar daily and implementing actions required and allocating tasks, updating deliverables and uploading documents on SalesForce
Capturing financial information received daily from CEO and following procedures to populate financial spreadsheets for internal reviewing and bookkeeping.
Following procedure to thank donors, issue invoices, receipts, tax certificates, sponsor benefits, as per SOP.
Reconcile with bookkeeper
Assist in fundraising events
