We are recruiting for a full-time, experienced, well-organized, attention to detail, flexible and driven individual to occupy the **Communications and Fundraising Manager **position within a fast pace and dynamic working environment. The role will report directly to the Manager Director.

**Specific duties and responsibility include, but not limited to**:

- Develop an income budget, with input from the Finance manager, to meet the financial forecasts of the organisations strategy to achieve its goals and objectives
- Develop a comprehensive FR and communications strategy with goals and plans for raising Income to meet or exceed the income budget
- Refine that plan to adopt FR and communications strategies and campaigns that reflect the vision and mission of Amy Foundation
- Identify and explore donor pools with the team and secure new donors.
- Form and develop strategic partnerships with organizations, benefactors and VIP donors and ensure relationships are maintained with all donors in conjunction with the Managing Director and team
- Research, write and report back on grant proposals with input from the team and other internal stakeholders
- Plan and manage marketing efforts like direct mail and social media campaigns with the team
- Plan, organise and oversee, with the team, fundraising events such as gala dinners, receptions, sporting events like marathons, CT Cycle Tour, parties, Golf Day etc.
- Work collaboratively with the team to conceptualise, plan, develop and stage fundraising efforts and events
- Oversee the team responsible for fundraising and associated functions such as communications with includes marketing and PR
- Oversee the design and production of promotional materials in conjunction with the team
- Produce internal reports (monthly) and conduct reviews (quarterly) on the performance and progress of fundraising against agreed income targets, operational activities and annual objectives.
- Raise awareness of the organization's work, goals, and financial needs.
- Manage due diligence processes, facilitate donor audits and coordinate with the Finance Manager and Chief Operations Officer on external evaluations.
- Lead and manage the team members using HR requirements of the organisation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R30 000,00 - R35 000,00 per month
