**Summary**

We are looking for an individual with 1 - 2 years experience in human resources administrative role. To provide HR administration & support to the HR Department, Branch Managers & Directors across various aspects of HR. Works closely with Head of Human Resources to ensure a high quality of delivery to the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Grade Twelve
- Tertiary Qualification ( Human Resource preferable)

**Knowledge, skills and experience**
- Arrange, coordinate and oversee Induction & onboarding and termination of new employees
- Termination Compile Monthly tender register for all office.

**Learning and Development**:

- integrating WSP/ATR with B-BBEE to ensure efficient utilisation of training budget to maximise impact on staff development for organisational success.
- Assist in collating conducting a training needs analysis annually and as in where needed
- Capture all training expenditure, liaise with suppliers to source invoices quotations, invoices and certification upon course attendance
- Assist with Skills Development submissions (ATR/WSP).
- Champion the Skills Development to ensure implementation, adherence and meet requirements from CETA, EEA and BBBEE.
- Coordinate and ensure capturing of internal training accordingly

**Recruitment**:

- Ensure vacancies are advertised internally and externally by
- Liaise with service providers for quotations and approvals
- Set up interviews and prepare interview packs accordingly
- Ensure completion of offer letters and signing of contracts accordingly.

**Trainees /Internship**
- Oversee internships and trainees as supported by business needs or roles subsidised by CETA etc.

**HR/Payroll**:

- Oversee the seeing the day-to-day management of leave on ESS
- Conduct ad-hoc leave management audit, investigate out of line issues with line management and escalate to Head of HR
- Source monthly medical aid and benefits invoices from service provider
- Reconcile Monthly Medical Aid statements with payroll
- Complete relevant UI document and send to UIF on a monthly basis

**Compliance**:

- Ensuring compliance deadlines are met. E.g CESA, EEA etc
- Overseeing document completion/signing, following up on needed tracking/tracing/ listing/reports etc. for submissions
- B-BBEE: Learning the applicable codes and collaborating effectively to achieve maximum points on all components of the scorecard.

**Performance Management**:

- Ensure performance agreements are send timeously to all employees, signed and saved accordingly on shared drive in line QMS
- Set up performance review meetings.
- Support calibration committee

**Meetings and Minute taking**
- Schedule meetings, draft minutes and ensure approval accordingly
- As skills Development Champion, schedule and chair meetings accordingly.

**Quality Management System and Record Keeping**
- Ensure all HR records are saved, arranged and adhere to QMS at all times

**Job Requirements**
- Knowledge of Labour Relations Act, BCEA, EEA and all applicable legislation
- Experience in minute taking and secretarial function
- Experience in payroll
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have a valid Driver’s License
- Computer Literacy
- Experience in ESS ( VIP, Simplepay etc )
