Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring complete satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and closing strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, promotions, and industry trends to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Accurately process orders, handle transactions, and manage customer accounts using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless solutions tailored to each client’s unique requirements.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling that add value for the customer while achieving business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

- A passed Matric certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive approach.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail..
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn about new products or services.
