Responsibilities Include:

  • 100% Call Adherence of between 100 – 110 Off Trade Outlets.
  • Driving distribution and availability of brands within your customer data base
  • Delivering service excellence, recording and promptly acting upon customers' complaints, queries and requests. 
  • Actively building relationships with customers by identifying new growth opportunities in the liquor category and assisting new customers in opening of accounts.
  • Executing against a promotional plan, maintain pricing and seek forward share opportunities.
  • Identify training needs of the customer, offer basic training to outlet staff.
  • Have and deliver on exceptional product intrinsic knowledge.  
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12
  • Diploma relating to Sales and/or related fields would be deemed beneficial.
  • 5 years sales experience in liquor or related FMCG environment.
  • Liquor Industry Knowledge is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
