Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Port Elizabeth for a Sales Consultant. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential and current members to understand their needs and provide tailored fitness solutions. Daily tasks include conducting sales presentations, meeting sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves regular consulting to ensure customer satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or issues members may have.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting
  • Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Relationship Management abilities
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in an on-site environment
  • Previous experience in the fitness industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
