**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop relationships with key corporate accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Understand client business needs and travel requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Drive client retention and revenue growth by offering value-added services and insights.
- Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements with clients.
- Monitor account performance, prepare business reviews, and report on key metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, preferably within the travel industry or corporate travel sector.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at senior levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) will be an advantage.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Business, Travel & Tourism, or related field preferred.
