Key Account Manager - Johannesburg

A Key Account Manager job vacancy is currently available in Johannesburg, Gauteng.

One of our leading companies is looking for a key account manager.
- Grade 12 (Or equivalent)
- Essential
- Relevant B degree/ tertiary qualification
- Essential
- Five to seven years work experience in a similar capacity of the same industry
- Three to five years strategic leadership skills
- Experience in building and nurturing brands (highly desirable)
- Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
- Excellent understanding of market and customer
- Able to travel regularly
- Business acumen and good understanding of business processes and functions
- Strong work ethic

**Responsibilities will include (But not limited to)**:

- Lead generation and prospecting
- Lead generation through referrals
- Responsible for the growth of new and current business
- Schedule and execute training at customer sites and provide regular follow up and refresher training to customers as required.
- Ensure all customers are adequately always stocked
- Provide management with weekly progress reports
- Plan and execute visits to all existing accounts in the territory on a regular basis.
- Identify, communicate and help resolve any service issues or customer complaints
- Develop close working relationship with customers
- Other duties as assigned
