**Purpose of the Role**

To take primary responsibility for providing a comprehensive, proactive, integrated people advisory and generalist service to the business and serve as a change champion.

**Responsibilities**

**Strategic HR Support**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with business goals.

**Talent Acquisition and Onboarding**
- Contribute to building and promoting our employer brand and employee value proposition.
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate a smooth integration for new hires to deliver a positive employee experience.

**Learning & Development**
- Identify and assess learning and development needs based on business objectives and performance management.
- Develop and evaluate training programs to support employee growth and organizational objectives.

**Performance and Talent Management**
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management and development.
- Evaluate performance management processes and provide recommendations for improvement where needed.
- Provide career counselling to employees when required.
- Analyze and address staff turnover, conducting exit and probation follow-up interviews as needed and analyze trends.

**Labour Relations**
- Proactively identify and address potential labour issues, driving initiatives to maintain a positive work environment.

**Compensation and Benefits**
- Assess pay equity using performance data and market benchmarks.

**Compliance**
- Ensure HR practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to compliance with Employment Equity (EE), Workplace Skills Plan (WSP), Annual Training Report (ATR), and Health and Safety regulations.

**HR Analytics & Reporting**
- Utilize HR metrics and data to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Maintain the accuracy and reliability of HR systems and databases.

**Employee Engagement & Wellness**
- Contribute to the creation and execution of employee engagement activities to enhance job satisfaction and team cohesion.
- Assist in the design and implementation of wellness activities.

**Team Collaboration and Projects**
- Work closely with the wider HR team on key projects and initiatives to drive organizational goals and enhance HR practices.

**Requirements**:

- A degree or diploma (HR/Commerce/Behavioral Science).
- Minimum 5 years + relevant working experience in a HR generalist role, preferably iGaming or Tech, Call Centre or BPO environments.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High service delivery and performance mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with commercial insight.
- Understanding of HR administrative, consulting, and transactional activities.
- Excellent judgement, decision-making, and attention to detail.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in leading change management initiatives.
