**The Company**:A leading Gaming and iGaming operator based in Johannesburg and Cape Town
**Role Name**: CRM Executive / Retention Marketer
**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 17:00pm
**Daily Responsibilities**:
- Lead the planning and optimisation of all CRM automation campaigns in conjunction with the regional and international sporting calendar and product launches.
- Map out core customer journeys such as on-boarding, registered non-deposit and second time deposits and understand gaps where CRM promotions, communication and channels can improve relevant set business KPI's.
- Continually develop and optimise our campaigns and journeys.
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to create and execute engaging multi-channel campaigns that drive daily actives, retention and MoM commercial uplift.
- Lead weekly campaign reporting and commercial analysis, confidently dissecting the data, providing recommendations and key takeaways.
- Create an engaging cross sell experience that is mirrored and tracked across all touchpoints and channels.
- Manage workload and relationships with core stakeholders (i.e. Marketing, Design).
- Establish and develop best working practices and processes with account managers, customer support and risk teams.
- To grow a dynamic and personalised Sports and Casino that is not only competitive, but seen as a market leader for being trustworthy, fair and always relevant.
- Grow our operational team to help fulfill campaign/project requirements.
- Maintain a strong team ethic and help and support your colleagues when required.
- To work on any other reasonable task required by your manager.
**Requirements**:
- Experience using a CRM platform, ideally in a sports betting and/or gaming environment.
- Highly customer-centric with a good understanding of CRM strategies and practices.
- Strong knowledge of sports (local and international) and casino products
- Knowledge and interest of online gaming products and the online Sportsbook and
- Gaming market in SA.
- Applied understanding of lifecycle development, automation and optimisation
- Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through quantitative and qualitative insight
- Enthusiastic and naturally inquisitive
- Excellent with time management and ability to multitask
- Good HTML/CSS knowledge (ability to edit existing code)
- Proactive attitude and committed interest to the team's objectives
- Self-starter that can take the initiative
- Data focused and ROI driven
- Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
- Have an interest in the marketing technology (martech) space
