A luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Jhb require a Financial Administrator & Analyst.

The duties include but are not limited to:
Compilation & management of the day-to-day sales, marketing & financial information databases &
reports.

Assist in the development and maintenance of information intelligence over all aspects of the

business.

Collecting and generating intelligence from multiple sources such as eRES, OPERA, Apex & other

Hospitality Platforms.

Isolate, analyse and report on vital information in a timely manner that is used to direct business

decisions.

Data entry into databases, spreadsheets or word processing programs, working with client data &
financial records, sales information or market intelligence.

Basic bookkeeping requirements as support for the finance team.

System Requirements

Microsoft Office inclusive of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint - advanced Excel knowledge is critical

Knowledge of CRM & Hospitality Reservations / PMS systems would be greatly beneficial.

Current systems being used include NEBULA, APEX, OPERA, ERES

The requirements include the following:
Matric minimum

2-3 years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry is crucial so as to understand the business

Tertiary education would be advantageous

Solid interpersonal skills

Valid RSA ID

Dynamic

Self-Starter

Problem Solving

Team Player

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bryanston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
