A luxury lodge & hotel group based in Bryanston, Johannesburg requires an experienced Reservations Manager with at least 5 years’ experience managing a call centre and reservations department for multiple properties. **LIVE OUT POSITION**

The duties include:
management of the day-to-day operations of the Central Reservations Department. - They will co-ordinate and supervise all staff that are employed in the Central Reservations Department. - The position communicates with all departments in order to ensure efficient and reliable service. - It is required that this individual will oversee the administration of all rates and system requirements on the Central Reservations System. - Preparing reports on a daily weekly, monthly as well as when required basis. - The overall management of inventory of the nine properties on the Central Reservations System is required. - Through sound knowledge of Opera, Apex and eRES /Nebula, this individual oversees the yielding and management of the online travel agent systems and API links with preferred partners. - Regular participation in the management meetings is required.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS **Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills ** eRES / Nebula, Opera, Nebula PMS & Apex LEVEL Management MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS **5 years’ experience managing a call centre and reservations department for multiple properties ** Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills **Solid interpersonal skills ** Valid RSA ID **Dynamic ** Self-Starter **Problem Solving ** Team Player **Flexible ** Presentable Appearance

SALARY The package includes a Provident fund of which the company contributes 5%. Medical Aid is available on request & forms part of the CTC package.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bryanston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- 4 OR 5 STAR HOTEL: 5 years (required)

License/Certification:

- DRIVER'S LICENSE (required)
