My client, a well-established company based in Stellenbosch is seeking to employ an Office Manager / Administrator with at least 5 years’ experience to join their team.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
**Duties included but not limited to**:
- Answering switchboard
- Liaising with walk in clients / customers
- Supplier liaison for catering, office consumables, services and building maintenance
- Managing of the cleanliness of the office environment
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting with clients events
- Client administration (onboarding of new clients, assisting with transaction forms, updating of flows, registers and more)
- Compliance administration, including submission of routine reports, assistance of new appointments, updating register’s and more
- Ad-hoc duties which may be assigned
**Requirements**:
- Grade 12 with minimum 5 years’ experience or Tertiary qualification with minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Professional, well-presented and at ease when dealing with clients / customers
- Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Calendar, MS Word and MS Excel)
- Resourcefulness and creative problem solver
- Valid Drivers and own vehicle (ESSENTIAL)
- AVAILABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
- Currently residing in the Western Cape
**Working hours**:
**Mondays - Friday: 08h00 - 17h00
