Administrator: Enterprise Sales

**Purpose**:
To assist Enterprise Sales Executives in selling over the telephone to existing and potential clients and ensure sales targets are achieved, utilising established best practise customer service methods.
**Responsibilities**:
- Place 100% of External Sales Executives’ monthly GP Actuals (Epicor).
- KPI measurement on Gross Profit Monthly must be equal to or greater than 80% of YTD GP % must be achieved or a PIP will be implemented.
- If 90% average of the total KPI annually (at the end of the FY or Quarter) is not achieved PIP may be implemented.
- Provide general sales administrative support to Sales Executives as required.
- Assist in identifying market opportunities and putting together sales strategies for new and existing clients.
- Ensure that compliance with the SOP (standard operating procedures), Fraud Prevention, Order Verification are adhered to.
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
- Ensure that no more than 2 complaints are lodged monthly (telephonic or written).
- Actively work towards the company values.
- Ensure the customers/client care policies are adhered to always.
- Ensure professional customer/client interaction always.
- Provides customers with necessary product and basic technical support.
- Follows-up with work in progress to ensure customer satisfaction and prompt delivery of goods.
- Maintain customer required SLA on response times.
**Qualification and Experience**:
- Matric
- 5-7 years sales administration preferred
- Experience within sales at a similar level would be advantageous
- Experience in quoting a wide range of ICT products
