Chief Financial Officer Non Equity

Pretoria North - Gauteng

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. You will be required to develop and design an integrated finance strategy and processes that address financial accounts, and support company business performance & continuity. Plan, direct and control the organisation's overall financial plans and policies, accounting practices and relationships with lending institutions, shareholders and the financial community
- Direct functions such as treasury, budgeting, taxation and internal audit for the organization and its subsidiaries
- Develop and coordinate necessary and appropriate accounting and statistical data and procedures for the maintenance of its fiscal records and the preparation of financial reports
- Appraises operating results in terms of cost, budgets, operating policies, trends and increased profit opportunities
- Plan and direct the Information Technology infrastructure, budgets, controls and operating systems

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- CA (SA) essential
- 8-10 years of Financial Accounting experience at a senior management level
- Manufacturing sector experience is non-negotiable
- Significant experience in a Senior Management or FD Level
- SAP ERP expertise
- Up-to-date IFRS and GAAP knowledge
- Technical Accounting Skills
- Strategic Thinking Skills
- Sound business knowledge
- Management Skills
