Chief Financial Officer Equity

You will be required to assume full accountabilities for all financial aspects of the business, including financial/statutory reporting, strategic and tactical decisions affecting and impacting business finance fundamentals, working capital management, forecasting, tax and legal compliances and budget management across all areas of the business.

Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

- CA(SA)
- Minimum 5 years' experience post articles - Motor industry experience would be advantageous
- Experience in strategic planning and execution
- Skill in examining and re-reengineering operations and procedures
- Experience in formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
- Ability to analyse and interpret financial data
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations
- Ability to communicate and interact at all levels, including with the factory and captive finance houses
- Work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several projects
- Ability to manage a team of accountants
- Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources
- Operations focused
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to develop and maintain business modelling tools
- Manage legal compliance and engage with attorneys where required.
