Vas Systems Planner/vas Solutions Architect

Client requires two resources to perform the dual function of a VAS systems planner and VAS solutions architect. The resources must be able to work on any of the VAS platforms. The detailed scope of work is listed below under "Goals and Objectives". **Goals and Objectives**: The functional requirement specification aims to detail the scope of work and high-level requirements, for finding a systems planner for the VAS Planning area. General experience needed in any of the following areas: - Any experience in IT and Telecoms - Any VAS systems experience - Good scripting skills in any of the following scripting: - Perl, Python, sh, ksh, csh (any of the standard Linux/Unix Shells) etc - Good programming skills in any of the following languages: - Perl, Java, Python, C/C++ etc - Good database skills (SQL in particular) Oracle preferable, but others such as MySQL are fine - Solid understanding of networking and IP - Systems analysis and design - Some working knowledge of hardware - Good document writing skills with the ability to clearly map out use cases in a detailed, yet clear and concise manner in the context of doing Systems Analysis and design - Good record keep skills with the ability to clearly map out System Procedures in a detailed, yet clear and concise manner **The VAS systems cover**: - SMS Systems - EDIP, MSP, VMG, FEPs - DRA Dimeter Routing Agent - CIG Charging Interworking Gateway - IWS Internal WASP Service - OCEP Omni-Channel Engagement Platform - USSD USRT App Dev Systems - USSD Systems - Gateways - SIFT - Subscriber info for 3rd Parties Systems - VAS-HLR - EIR - Equipment Identity Register - DB4 - MMSC - Mobile Device Mgmt Systems and Handset DB - ADMAN - AdBroker - Integrat InAd Advertising Engine - Callback *121# Service - NPP - SMS Content Filtering System - MSG UREC EDR Framework - MIR - SMS Home Routing System - Mobile Positioning System - Cellfinder - IVRs - Call Centre Systems - SIMs - WIG
