Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently, ensuring a seamless, friction‑free transaction. Collaborate with a high‑performing team to refine outreach campaigns that maximize sales and drive continuous growth. Requirements 1+ year of proven remote/online sales experience; ability to close deals and drive revenue without supervision. 1+ year of customer support experience; comfort engaging customers via email, chat, or phone (e‑commerce experience is a strong advantage). Elite communication skills and a natural, undeniable ability to convert leads and persuade customers. Tech savvy: familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, CRM tools, and other customer engagement software. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment. Technical Requirements A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher. A stable internet connection with a minimum of 15 Mbps upload and download speeds.
