**_Duties and responsibilities include: _**

**Branch **Management**
- Take over full responsibility in manager's absence, i.e. - Deal with staff queries.
- Deal with H/O queries.
- Emergency contact after hours and call-outs to the branch.

**Sales **Management**
- Sell goods and services to walk-in customers
- Advise customers on our products and services
- Issue Quotes using Point of Sale system

Advertise/Promote our products and services to walk-in customers as well as telephonically Process cash/card payments
- Provide after sales service to customers

**Business **Development**
- Regular visits to new and used car dealers and fleets to generate new business.
- Visit current customers and inform them of new products/services and special offers.
- Make sales calls to get in touch with prospective and existing customers.
- Maintain and develop a customer base

**Customer Service**
- Provide excellent service and individual attention to customers.
- Answer calls in a professional manner

**Product Knowledge**
- Remain updated on new products and services on offer
- Contact suppliers to arrange product training when necessary

**Housekeeping**
- Adhere to daily/weekly housekeeping and maintenance duties relevant to your area and the branch
- Housekeeping in reception area or any area designated by management.

**Ad Hoc**
- Support the branch in other operational areas as needed.

Required Experience (Minimum)

**Education/Certification**

Grade 12

**Professional Experience**

3-5 years within tyre retail environment/branch

**Project/Process**

1 - 3 years experience within sales

Ability to commute/relocate:
