Marketing Operations is one of the five global Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within NTT Ltd.’s marketing organization. Its mission is to drive transformational change, optimize business operations and drive world-class marketing by connecting people, technology, data and processes globally.

The Senior Manager of Regional Marketing Operations will have high levels of accountability and leadership in driving transformational programs and business improvement with their regional leader and regional marketing teams. Each regional marketing operations leader will own two key regions, in this instance Europe & Middle East and Africa. With a direct reporting line into the SVP of Marketing Operations and a dotted reporting line into the regional leaders.

The primary objective of this role is to activate all major global marketing operations initiatives and transformation programs with the regional teams. The scope of this responsibility includes accountability and regional performance (ROI) against strategic KPIs, financial and budget management with proactive forecasting, process redesign and improvement, platform adoption and people enablement. From a return on investment and accountability perspective, you will take a strong lead in analyzing scorecards and dashboards across your regions to troubleshoot and propose improvements to drive higher levels of pipeline, conversion and return.

As an operational leader, you will form part of the wider global CoE, helping to define and share best practice across all areas of our function. As part of this, you will have a strong analytical background, interpreting data to inform change and excellent leadership skills to drive change in region.

The role-holder is responsible and accountable for driving the Marketing Operations’ mission and objectives in region - consistently, efficiently, at scale and at speed. Diverse and challenging, the role requires strategic, analytical and program management skills along with a very hands-on delivery approach, strong engagement skills and a passion for data, metrics and reporting.**Working at NTT**
**Key roles and responsibilities**

**Be the operational partner for your regional SVPs and the trusted leader to the global Center of Excellence.**:

- Lead transformational change initiatives and global operational initiatives for regional SVP marketing leaders
- Provide high level support in executive reporting, regional performance against target and business stakeholder presentations
- Be a critical interlock for your regional sales operations leaders to ensure end-to-end process is delivering
- Lead and operationally support budget and financial forecasting support for your regional marketing SVPs
- Lead with process redesign, change management and optimization to unblock issues impacting performance
- Support and interlock with the global CoE for vendor management support, legal contractual reviews etc.
- Support your SVPs and regional teams with interlock into the global CoE for resource planning, people motivations, recruitment etc. as required
- Engage with the regional marketing teams to share best practice across regions and lead with improvement recommendations
- Support with business input and activation / adoption of digital platforms across the regions.
**Be a driving force in building strong and consistent performance by delivering deep visibility and insight into marketing performance and return on investment**
- Help define business requirements and articulate clear business questions that support data-driven decision making
- Provide strategic input in our global measurement strategy and performance scorecards to drive continual improvement based on business need
- Use data and insights to make clear business recommendations for improvement against strategic KPIs
- Play a leading role in enabling regional leaders to report performance insights and business impact to their executives in the form of extracts, reports and executive summaries (QBRs, sales interlock sessions)
- Work collaboratively with local marketing and sales teams to provide recommendations on process, data and behavioral changes needed to optimize and improve business impact
