**A Little Bit About the Role**:
Working within a fast-paced marketing agency, alongside our client, a global beverages brand, the Operations Manager drives the operational delivery and supports with the resource and studio traffic management across a variety of workstreams including digital, social, e-commerce and creative production.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Champion processes within the Intelligent Content Model to ensure maximum efficiency across the account
- Lead on market level operational planning, development and delivery of internal campaigns and activities
- Support with commercial and financial planning as well as administrative tasks and support for market senior leadership team
- Support team and Resource Manager with resource requests and team time management
- Own relationships with agency partners, assisting with supplier set up, finance, management and tracking
- Own the new starter onboarding process, training new starters in all things operations and training
- Management and organisation of cross-departmental meetings for consultation and approval of new processes
- Create, maintain and analyse reports to understand utilisation of team members against assigned client accounts
- Become a champion and 'superuser' for OMG, our proprietary project planning software
- Occasional support with HR administration tasks including new role onboarding
- Support on general internal team queries
- Support on billing management fee

**What You'll Need**:

- The ability to use job and time reporting systems to estimate, track and analyse projects and department utilisation
- Proactive individual keen to get stuck in and drive operational efficiency
- Proven track record in delivering efficient processes and frameworks
- Understanding of marketing channels, assets and workflows including social, digital and e-commerce is a bonus
- Used to co-ordinating and mobilising a team across multiple departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related software.

**Not essential but definitely an advantage**:

- Multi-market experience.
