Marketing Operations is one of the five global Centres of Excellence (CoEs) within NTT Ltd’s marketing organization. Its mission is to drive transformational change, optimize business operations and enable world class marketing by connecting people, technology, data and processes, globally.

The Senior Manager of Marketing Operations will have high levels of accountability and leadership in driving transformational programs and business improvement with group, regional and divisional leaders and their marketing teams. The scope of this responsibility includes financial and budget management with proactive forecasting, process optimisation and improvement, technology adoption and people enablement.

Be the Operational partner for regional and divisional teams by either augmenting their teams directly, or by providing support through regular interlocks. This includes, being the trusted leader into the centres of excellence for all operations requirements.

**Your responsibilities will include**:
**Drive operational efficiencies and the adoption of standard methodologies to enable speed to market, client relevance and ROI.**:

- Lead and support process optimisation to provide clarity and drive adoption across our operating model. This could include input into the design of a new process, coordinating the collection of information required across countries, QA and testing of new processes and workflows.
- Support our SG&A agenda by interlocking with global marketers for vendor management support, legal and contractual reviews, etc.
- Interlock regularly with the Demand Gen centre of excellence to align, support and provide insights and updates.
- Engage with the regional/divisional marketing teams to share best practices and lead with improvement recommendations.
- Support the requirements of contact data management aligned to compliance and GDPR regulations
- Design and document governance models, policies and procedures
- Review operational dashboards and reports to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of processes, and develop remediation plans to close gaps and drive continuous improvement

**Drive adoption, enablement, best practices and optimization of global marketing technologies.**:

- Contribute to the future technology strategy, planning and implementation of marketing technology platforms with clear business requirements and regional and divisional priorities.
- Support marketing teams to maximise adoption and leverage best practice in using global marketing platforms
- In collaboration with the Marketing Technology I&T team, support and manage incidents (SLAs)

**Coordinate marketing planning, budget management and forecasting and marketing resource management.**:

- In line with the global CoE and the regional and divisional SVP priorities, provide budget management, proactive financial forecasting, metrics scorecards and operational support.

**Experience & Expertise**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in B2B marketing or marketing operations
- Experience creating and managing operational budgets and financial forecasting
- Experience leading projects, teams or organizations
- Experience in leading business change and initiating business improvement programs
- Experience in managing executive stakeholders
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, MS Project preferable
- Working knowledge of HR and Finance systems and marketing resource management systems preferable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
