Pick up samples from the doctors’ rooms.

Delivering results and other miscellaneous items to the relevant party.

Take responsibility for urgent or confidential samples or results.

Accept and handle payments for the samples.

Fill out paperwork on samples picked up and dropped off.

Getting signatures from recipients upon delivery of results or miscellaneous items.

Answer questions and provide customer service to people who use the service.

Work with other departments to get to the right locations.

Ensure the samples are transported correctly.

Collect specimens and miscellaneous items.

All results are to be tracked and delivered.

Check doctors’ rooms for any necessary stock.

Obtain feedback from the doctors’ room & feedback to the relevant parties and managers

Ensure stock is delivered to doctors on time and signed for.

Do vehicle checks.

Report any issues or damage to the vehicles.

Ensure the vehicle is always clean.

Ensure all samples are tracked.

Issue receipts for any cash collected.

Inform the controller if there is any cash to follow.

Identify drop-in samples within their respective areas.

Identify potential clientele.

Attend Logistics meetings as and when scheduled.

**Requirements**:
Matric.

Must work night shift and drive long distances.

Valid Code 8 license.

A good knowledge of the Durban and Harrismith geographical areas.

Must be able to drive long distances if required.
