Assurance Risk and Control Graduate

In this role you will be a supporting role gaining exposure to three core areas: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) & Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG), Information Governance, and Technical/IT Audit, reporting into the Director of ARC in London.

What you’ll do
- Build productive partnerships with the business stakeholders, external regulators, vendor and customer assurance teams
- Test internal and external assertions of assurance and control
- Report control deficiencies, enterprise risks and the efficacy of the internal control architecture
- Improve the operational safety of the organisation through control design guidance and proactive risk and control support

What you’ll bring
- A degree/experience in one of the following areas: IT/technical audit, risk managment, corporate governance, project management, business administration
- Proficiency with using MS Office suite and knowledge of communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, LinkedIn, Intranet
- Self-motivation with an ability to plan and prioritize work effectively, holding themselves and others accountable to deadlines and deliverables
- Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and problem solve, with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing and competing priorities
- Teamworking: Passion for and ability to help and support others to achieve team or project goals
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage and prioritize objectives with overlapping time constraints
- The ability to work independently and as a team member
