**Job Purpose**:
Applies principles, procedures, and processes associated with the provision of an integrated
Human Resources Management System linked to the provision of technical end user support; and
analyses, diagnoses and resolves software / hardware related problems ensuring optimum
Ethekwini Municipality.

**Key Responsibility Areas**:
Co-ordinates specific sequences associated with troubleshooting/ problem solving of all
devices, connectivity and functionality of operating software and hardware devices.

Performs specific administrative activities associated with the functionality

**Essential Requirements**:
Relevant Information Technology qualification. (NQF 6/7).
Valid motor vehicle driving license.
3 Years relevant experience.
Computer Literacy.

**Preferred Requirements**:
4 Years relevant experience.
