Tender Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Tender preparation and submission**
- Searching for relevant tenders on various platforms.
- Ensure that tender documents are completed and UpToDate.
- Coordinate drop offs of tender documents and ensure that submissions are made on time.
- Assist in the preparation of cost and schedule forecast.
- Represent the company at briefing meetings for tender clarification and optimization of work scope.
**2. Tender Administration**
- Ensure the bid process is followed.
- Update the tender submission register.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
- Perform ad hoc duties and responsibilities consistent with the job title.
- Assist with all admin sale enquiries.
**3. Document management**
- Maintain accurate records electronic copies of completed documents.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Maintain contractual records and documents such as receipts and control of all tender correspondence, status reports and other documents for all projects.
- Ensure the UpToDate status of all commercial documents and returnable.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
1. Matric certificate/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and or related field of study.
2. Minimum of 2 year experience in the same or similar role.
3. Experience with Eskom tender would be added advantage
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tender management software.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
6. Practical understanding of procurement processes and tendering practices.
7. Good problem-solving skills.
