Global Operations manages the core platforms, technology and processes across multiple regions and markets while maintaining consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
Project Operations Managers are accountable for the governance and accuracy of our data, accomplished through the accurate set-up, management of our operational platforms and processes. You will also support efficient execution of assigned opportunities/projects as well as operational support to Client Management, Partnerships Account Management and Global Operations Leadership.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Data input - Enter, update, and modify data into multiple computer programs and systems.
- Data verification - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data by verifying information against source documents such as client contracts
- Data management - Maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and organization.
- Compliance - follow data integrity procedures.
- Troubleshoot - resolve data entry errors and inconsistencies
- Addresses low to medium priority risks independently.
- Identify and escalate unique/high priority
- Issue/circumstances to senior members of the project operations team.
- Identify and support Project Operations process improvement projects, independently or with the support of the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in the broader organization and surfaces to team leadership for evaluation.
- Should work with team members on their project teams, to gather any necessary information to implement a task.
- Support Global Operations Leadership with AdHoc Global Operations tasks.
**Additional Responsibilities**
- May support Client Management, Partnerships Account Management with opportunity/project control and meeting project control goals for all assigned projects.
- Not expected to play a meaningful role in client meetings and should defer to Client Management or Partnership Account Management on client communication.
**Qualifications**
Experience: 4-5 Years
- Understand the tools, data, primary products, capabilities relevant to Operations.
- Have a basic awareness of project management fundamentals.
- Have organizational abilities to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Identify issues and resolving them through.
- Communicate and work well both within their team and across departments.
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and quality, delivering work.
