We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient
Project and Operations Manager
to lead our project execution and ensure the long-term operational excellence of our C&I and Utility solar portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of C&I and Utility solar projects, including:

• Project Leadership:
  Oversee the end-to-end execution of Commercial & Industrial and Utility solar PV projects, ensuring they are delivered
  on time
  ,
  within budget
  , and to the highest
  technical standards
  and
  safety regulations
  .
• Technical Authority & Design Oversight:
  Provide expert electrical guidance and final sign-off on system designs (SLDs, layouts, protection schemes) for C&I and Utility projects. Ensure strict adherence to local electrical codes and quality standards.
• Operational Management:
  Manage the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for the existing C&I and Utility portfolio, including performance monitoring, fault diagnostics, preventative maintenance planning, and rapid resolution of complex electrical issues to maximize energy yield.
• Team & Resource Management:
  Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as external subcontractors and suppliers.
• Budget & Contract Management:
  Develop and manage project budgets, track expenditures, manage procurement, and oversee contract compliance with clients and vendors.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Serve as the primary technical and project contact for C&I clients, utility companies, and regulatory bodies.

Minimum Requirements

• Education/Certification (Mandatory):
  Must hold one of the following qualifications:
• Master Electrician
  Certification
• BSc/BEng/BTech in Electrical Engineering
• Solar Industry Experience (Mandatory):
  Proven experience in the
  Commercial & Industrial (C&I)
  solar sector (e.g., rooftop, carport, ground-mount projects for businesses).
• A minimum of
  3 years
  direct experience in C&I solar project execution/operations is essential.
• Renewable Energy Experience:
  Demonstrable track record of successful project delivery and/or operations in the
  Solar PV
  industry.
• Technical Skills:
  In-depth knowledge of solar PV system components (inverters, modules, mounting structures, protection), grid connection requirements, and relevant design software (e.g., Helioscope, PVsyst, AutoCAD).
• Project Management Skills:
  Strong understanding of project management principles (e.g., scope, risk, schedule, budget).
  PMP or similar certification is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Must have a valid driver's license.
