**How You’ll Contribute**
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Identify and qualify sources, including search engines involving forums, groups, message boards, organisation lists, publications, home pages, colleges and institutes, and job fairs as well as building personal networks
- Maintain applicant tracking system and pipeline management system by entering and updating, sourcing, profiling, resume management, matching, and tracking information
- Partner with HR and key stakeholders including hiring managers to understand the recruitment requirements

**What You’ll Bring**
- Applicable HR or Industrial Psychology degree
- 5 years’ experience of direct recruiting, sourcing within a fast paced corporate environment and experience of using recruiting platforms like Workday, Phenom and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Some BPO recruitment experience is advantageous
- Ideally recruiting within a corporate environment across all levels and functions
- Ability to implement targeted sourcing initiatives with a sense of urgency
- Experience or knowledge of Boolean logic, and other search methodologies is an advantage
- Broad direct sourcing skills
- Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to support stakeholders globally

**Impact You'll Make**:
It is a requirement of the Global Capability Centre Africa that you reside in a home that is fibre ready; and has space for you to be able to work comfortably and confidentially on a day-to-day basis for the purpose of your proposed employment. You can be based anywhere in South Africa and will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.

A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line in order to work effectively.
