Talent Acquisition Partner We are looking for a strategic, innovative and commercially savvy Talent Acquisition Partner to build and lead Edge Growth's internal talent acquisition capability. This is both a builder and execution role, responsible for laying the foundation of how Edge sources talent while directly leading recruitment for strategic and hard-to-fill roles critical to the organization's success. What you will do (not limited to) Strategic Talent Acquisition Leadership Design and execute a sourcing blueprint for strategic, critical and specialist roles Partner with business leaders to forecast and plan future workforce needs Build long-term, top-quality talent pipelines for critical talent areas Market Mapping & Talent Engagement Proactively identify, attract and nurture top-tier industry talent Develop and maintain internal talent pools for permanent, FTC and contractor needs Implement an effective talent nurturing methodology and insights-driven pipeline tracking Employer Branding & Market Presence Co-create and evolve Edge's talent brand and market positioning Produce compelling talent-brand collateral with Marketing & People teams Represent Edge at industry events, graduate functions and networking platforms End-to-End Strategic Recruitment Lead full recruitment lifecycle for high-priority roles Coach business leaders on best-practice sourcing, assessment & candidate experience Deliver strong analytics and insights to drive decision-making IP & Capability Building Build Edge's internal TA playbook, sourcing frameworks, pipelines and tools Retain and grow internal sourcing IP and talent intelligence Mentor and uplift People Team capability in recruitment excellence Requirements South African citizen Degree in HR, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications or Marketing (or equivalent) Advantage: Certification in LinkedIn Recruiter, AIRS or similar Experience 5–7 years in talent acquisition or sourcing (consulting, financial services or growth environments) Proven experience sourcing strategic and scarce skills Strong business acumen and executive-stakeholder engagement capability Track record in EVP, employer branding & talent marketing Experience with TA systems, CRMs and recruitment tech What Success Looks Like Reduced time-to-fill critical roles % reduction in agency spend within 12 months Increased internal pipeline conversions Equal Opportunity Statement Edge Growth is an equal opportunity employer.
