We are seeking a highly experienced **Executive Housekeeper** to lead and manage the housekeeping department at our luxury hotel or resort. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all cleaning, maintenance, and service standards are met, and contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and conducting training on best practices.
- Ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost control.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards across the department, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce quality assurance procedures to maintain the hotel's cleanliness and service standards.
- Ensure cost-effective operations through efficient use of resources and inventory management.
- Participate in departmental budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Applicable tertiary qualification in **Hospitality** or **Tourism**.
- Minimum of **3 years’ experience** in a similar position.
- Proficiency in **MS Office**.
- Experience with **OPERA** or similar Property Management Systems (PMS).
