A great opportunity with a clothing range in Montague Gardens Cape Town.
- Must be able to make manual patterns
- Ensure consistent fit and sizing for all new developments.
- Must have experience in men’s and ladies’ patterns but mostly dresses tops and womenswear
- Ability to create patterns from samples as well as pictures.
- Maintaining a pattern library and blocks to speed up patternmaking.
- Consistent and methodical approach to pattern changes for various fabric bases.
- Work closely with Seamstress and Brand owner to ensure that the garment will be cost effective and production friendly.

Key Requirements - Relevant tertiary qualification.
- Minimum 5 years pattern making experience in ladies and men’s clothing.
- knowledge required in pattern and garment construction.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage critical path deadlines.
- Experience working in a Clothing Design Centre or Clothing Manufacturer.
- Good understanding of fabrics. - Team player.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8 per week

**Salary**: R400.00 per day

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
