  • You must have a National Diploma in Patternmaking or Equivalent
  • You must have 5-10  years experience on the Gerber system.
     Understanding of Pattern making in ladies wear - jackets, trench coats, dresses, blouses, skirts and pants
  • Experience in computerised software for pattern making – Gerber
  • Understanding of grading in ladies wear
  • Communicating with Quality controllers Supervisors, Cutting room and Stitch room staff
  • Ensure quality standards are consistent and upheld
  • Thinking Creatively
  • Getting Information and processing it effectively
  • Interacting With Computers
  • Making Decisions and Solving Problems
  • Well-developed knowledge of fabric qualities
